Refund Policy of Florist-Bangkok

Each refund and return at Florist-Bangkok is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but the following outlines our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth process if a refund or return is necessary.

Cancellation of Orders

If you need to cancel your order with Florist-Bangkok, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered.
  • If your order is already with the courier, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total to cover delivery costs and cost of goods sold.
  • A full refund is available if you notify us of your intention to cancel your order at our Bangkok flower shop before midnight on the day before the delivery (please be aware of the time difference between your country and Thailand). If the order is canceled later, a 20% commission will be charged for a refund.
  • A refund for a canceled order of blue roses will be made in the amount of 50% of the cost (due to the high cost of producing such roses after receiving the order and low demand). 100% refund is possible if the order with blue roses is canceled 96 hours before delivery.

Mistakes During Ordering

We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you make an error during ordering, such as adding an item by mistake or providing the incorrect delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to make those changes for you until the order is with the delivery driver.

In some cases, the Florist-Bangkok delivery team may notice an error, in which case we will attempt to contact you to clarify your order. If we are unable to make contact or do not hear back from you before the order is placed onboard with our delivery driver, we will assume the order is correct and send it as ordered.

Returns Due to Quality

Since flowers are a perishable item, returns are only possible under the following circumstances:

All quality issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you contact Florist-Bangkok outside of office hours, please leave a message with your phone number and the time, and we will call or email you the next business day. You must provide photographs that clearly show the quality problem. We will gladly replace any damaged item that may have deteriorated during shipping. However, we are not responsible for the safety of the bouquet left by our courier outside the home, at the reception, or at the juristic office at the recipient’s request. Flowers are a perishable item, especially in the hot climate of Thailand, and even the freshest and highest-quality flowers can deteriorate after a few hours without being placed in a vase of water. Returns are only accepted based on the quality of the flowers. The refusal of the recipient to receive a bouquet for personal reasons is not a valid reason for a return. If the recipient prefers a different type of flower or a different color, this is not a valid reason for a return. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the flowers, we offer a free bouquet replacement or a full refund.

The process of refunding

Once a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you made payment using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the payment was made via Paypal or direct bank transfer, we will credit the refund to your Paypal account or bank account, respectively. Please note that it may take up to four business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the internal policies of the banks or payment systems involved.
