Credit and Debit Cards
Valued customers, at Florist-Bangkok, we offer seamless and secure payment options for your convenience, accepting VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and other major bank cards. To ensure the highest level of security, your card must support 3D Secure technology (SMS or token veryfication) and all transactions are processed through the trusted Stripe payment gateway. Simply enter your card details on our secure checkout page, where data is transmitted via a fully encrypted connection, safeguarding your information.
Rest assured, Florist-Bangkok does not access or store any sensitive card details; post-transaction, we only can see the last four digits of your card number in our Stripe account for reference. Once your payment is successfully completed, your order status will update to “Processing,” and you’ll receive an email confirmation. For custom orders, we provide personalized Stripe payment links, sent directly to you for a smooth and tailored payment experience.

Direct Bank Transfer
Another popular way to pay for bouquets is at our flower shop in Bangkok. You can make a direct transfer of the required amount to our account in Kasikorn Bank. Money transfers within Thailand (from the account of any Thai bank to our bank account) are confirmed instantly. If you live in another country, the payment confirmation may take from 1 to 5 banking days, so we recommend that you use this payment method not for urgent orders or in cases when you are our verified customer. To make a direct transfer from your account in any country in the world to our account in a Thai bank without commission and at the best market rate, we recommend using Wise.com. You will find complete information about our bank account for payment in the email after confirming the order by the store manager Florist-Bangkok.com. Please provide a valid email address during checkout. If you did not receive an email with payment details 2 minutes after placing an order in our store, please check the Spam folder (and the Promotions folder if you use Google Mail).
PayPal
Dear customers, Florist-Bangkok gladly offers PayPal as a convenient option for online flower orders, allowing you to send payments directly to our PayPal account. To ensure smooth processing, please notify us via email, WhatsApp, or live chat after selecting PayPal as your payment method, as failure to do so may result in your order being automatically canceled within 1-2 hours. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way to make your experience seamless.
Please note that due to specific restrictions, PayPal payments are not available for orders exceeding 4,000 baht or for money bouquets. Additionally, we operate within a monthly PayPal transaction limit, and once reached, this payment option will be paused until the start of the next month. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore our other secure payment methods if needed.
Proof of payment
We will need to receive a receipt of payment by e-mail or through instant messengers before doing flower delivery in Bangkok. Thank you for understanding!
Regardless of which payment method you used, please inform us of successful payment by e-mail. In the email, indicate the payment details and the number of your order (you can see it in the invoice).
